We handle non-ferrous casting across three processes with in-house wooden pattern making. Pressure die casting handles 100gm to 20KGS at 5000MT annual capacity. Gravity and investment die casting handle 0.5KG to 50KGS with mold sizes up to 1Mx1M.

We produce parts and products for pilot runs, low volume production, and scaling batches without fixed minimum order requirements. We handle full turnkey BOM sourcing and product packaging alongside manufacturing.
We conduct DFM review before any tooling is committed. We identify features that are expensive to produce, tolerances that are unnecessarily tight, and assembly steps that can be simplified. You save on tooling cost, production cost, and rejection rate before a single mold is cut or sheet is bent.

Contract manufacturing is outsourcing the production of your product or components to a third-party manufacturer. You retain ownership of the design, brand, and IP. The manufacturer produces to your specifications. iMAC combines engineering understanding with production capability so the design intent survives the manufacturing process.
In contract manufacturing you own the design and the manufacturer produces to your specification. In OEM manufacturing the manufacturer owns the product design and you sell it under your brand. iMAC operates as a contract manufacturer. Your design, your IP, your brand.
For sheet metal fabrication we need STEP, DXF, drawing PDF, and detailed BOM. For machining we need STEP file and PADR. For injection molding we need STEP file, PADR, and BOM with material and finishing specifications. If you do not have these files, we produce them as part of the engagement.
We do not enforce fixed minimum order quantities across all services. We confirm feasible quantities at enquiry based on the process, tooling requirements, and material. We support low volume runs for on demand manufacturing, CNC machining, and additive manufacturing.
Yes. We design and develop tooling in-house and run production on the same tooling. You deal with one partner for the complete process from tooling design through production delivery.
